You heard correctly this will be the FINAL Rough Rider Novel within Lorelei James' Series, #16, to be exact. "Cowboy Take Me Away," will be released on June 17, 2014. A synopsis has NOT been released as of yet. Therefore, as of right now we DON'T know who the final novel will be about. Stay turned for further updates once they become available!! :D
